Dr. Pearson grew up and spent her high school years in Pendleton Oregon.
She played soccer and enjoyed horseback trail riding as well as showing and jumping horses. Upon high school graduation she went Eastern Oregon University for 2 years and then moved to Fort Collins and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Her next stop was Manhattan, KS to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2005.
Dr. Pearson’s first job was at a very busy general practice in Lake Havasu, AZ for a few years before she decided to move back closer to home. She took a job as an emergency veterinarian at WestVet Emergency and Specialty Center in Garden City, ID for 7 years and then practiced in Nampa for the following 9 years doing urgent care, wellness care, soft tissue surgeries, dentals and reproduction. She has also been working part time for Gentle Goodbyes for several years performing in home euthanasias. When an opportunity arose to work closer to her home and practice high quality medicine in Middleton at OnPoint she decided to take it. Dr. Pearson has had a wide range of experience but especially enjoys soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and treating urgent care cases.
Dr. Pearson has called Middleton Idaho home since 2008 and enjoys doing outdoor activities with her multiple golden retrievers. She enjoys traveling, especially internationally, and experiencing different cultures. She is looking forward to continuing to provide high quality and compassionate care close to home.
